Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: July 31, 2026
Injury Connect USA does not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising by other companies.
We do share the information you submit with the participating attorney or law firm we match you with — that is the service you requested when you completed the form. Some state privacy laws define "sale" or "share" broadly enough to cover that transfer, so we provide this page so you can opt out or make other privacy requests at any time.
Requests you can make
- Opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information
- Access — get a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Know — learn the categories of information we collected, our purposes, and who we disclosed it to
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information
- Limit use of sensitive personal information
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
How to submit a request
Email privacy@injuryconnectusa.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Please include:
- The request type (opt out, access, correct, delete, or limit)
- Your full name
- The email address and phone number you submitted on our form
- The approximate date you submitted the form, if you remember it
- Your state of residence
We will verify your identity by matching the details you provide against our records, and may contact you at the email address on file to confirm. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law — generally 45 days, with one permitted extension.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of the agent's authorization and may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
Opt-out preference signals
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required by applicable state law. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser and device.
Important limitation
Once your inquiry has been transmitted to a participating attorney or law firm, that firm becomes an independent controller of the information and its own privacy practices apply. Opting out with us stops future sharing on our side, but you may also need to contact the firm directly to request deletion from their records. We are happy to tell you which firm received your submission.
