Terms of Use
Last updated: July 31, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of injuryconnectusa.com and any related pages or forms operated by Injury Connect USA ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or submitting the form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Nature of the service
Injury Connect USA is a paid attorney advertising and case-matching service. We are not a law firm, we do not practice law, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not evaluate the merits of any claim. We transmit the information you submit to a participating attorney or law firm licensed in your state so they may contact you. See our Advertising Disclaimer.
2. No attorney-client relationship
Using this Site, submitting the form, or communicating with us does not create an attorney-client relationship with Injury Connect USA or with any attorney. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and a law firm execute a written representation agreement. Until that happens, no one is obligated to protect your legal deadlines or take any action on your behalf.
Do not rely on this Site to preserve your legal rights. Every state imposes a statute of limitations that permanently bars claims filed too late. If your deadline is near, contact a licensed attorney in your state immediately rather than waiting for a response to this form.
3. No confidentiality
Information you submit through this Site is not protected by the attorney-client privilege and is not confidential in the legal sense. Do not send detailed medical records, privileged material, or sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers through this Site.
4. Not legal advice
Content on this Site — including statements about filing deadlines, comparative fault, insurance coverage or potential claim value — is general information for a national audience. Laws vary substantially by state and outcomes depend entirely on individual facts. Do not act or refrain from acting based on anything on this Site without consulting a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
5. Your representations
By submitting the form you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms
- The information you provide is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge
- The phone number and email address you provide belong to you, and you are authorized to give consent to be contacted at them
- You are not submitting information on behalf of another person without their authorization
- You are not using the Site to send unsolicited, automated, fraudulent or test submissions
Submitting a phone number you do not own or control, or that belongs to someone who has not consented to contact, is a material breach of these Terms.
6. Consent to contact
By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you give prior express written consent for Injury Connect USA and the participating attorney or law firm we match you with to contact you at the number and email you provided, including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party attorneys
Participating attorneys and law firms are independent third parties. They are solely responsible for their own advice, conduct, fee agreements, advertising and compliance with the rules of professional conduct in their jurisdictions. Injury Connect USA is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, advice or results of any attorney or law firm. We make no representation about any attorney's qualifications, experience, standing or fitness for your matter. You are responsible for independently evaluating any attorney before retaining them.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Site; submit automated or fraudulent entries; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the Site's operation; use the Site for any unlawful purpose; or reproduce, republish or resell Site content without permission.
9. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, graphics and code are owned by Injury Connect USA or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY SUBMISSION WILL BE RECEIVED OR TRANSMITTED, OR THAT ANY ATTORNEY WILL CONTACT YOU OR ACCEPT YOUR CASE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INJURY CONNECT USA AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR LEGAL RIGHTS — INCLUDING ANY CLAIM BARRED BY A STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Injury Connect USA from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your submission of another person's information without authorization.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
